On your Notice, you will see that the assessed value of your property has increased in value. <\/p>\n<p>RM 102 Council is now working on its 2025 Budget. This will help to set the &#8220;mil rate&#8221; which will determine the amount of tax payable on your land parcel(s). <\/p>\n<p>Note also that in a re-assessment year, the Section 293 exemptions disappear and have to be manually entered back into the tax system by the RM Admin person. I have done the Section 293 calculations for all landowners with a taxable house on their land.
